STARDUST SIGNS, LAS VEGAS

Above is the original Stardust sign at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas. This sign, with its "atomic" font, was installed in 1958. The helvetica replacement below was placed during a remodel in 1977.

I love the stardust sign and the casino building! But I do prefer the new style lettering. I hope they restore the sign!
